We came here at 22:30 on the 13th March it's currently 14:51 on the 14th of March it's disgusting the amount of time that has to wait this supposed to be an emergency but does not look like it.

We are sitting on uncomfortable seats in the waiting room did not get a bed to sleep on been awake for now more than 27 hours this is a disgrace there is only one doctor available on SEC who of course can not handle all the traffic this needs to change.

They have conducted tests but the waiting time from one test to another is getting long.

It will be better to identify various tests and done them within the time frame than long time in between.

Your staff are amazing and working very hard. Waiting times are very long.

Pay staff good wages and improve waiting times. Have more comfortable seating.

This is a very good service, in my opinion but not a lot of patients/ people are aware of this service. Not even you’re A&E manager information tests.

Please carry on with the good work.

Process is very good, care is excellent, gaps and lack of continuity of information leased.

Think more about the experience of introverted patients.
