Information regarding diagnosis should be available by leaflets as its not possible to take in information and be clear when the consultant is explaining. I understand the are busy people and have lot of patients. The medical terms are not easily understood so certainly as this is a specialized unit there should be a lot more information available to understand the condition.

You couldn't fault the care. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The only problem I had was my notes were at Queens.
