Our appointment was at 12.30 we came in time my son has got high temperature over 40c but was waiting for long time no one calling its we tols some of stuff. they check and transfer children department we was there till 5.30 they only gave capol what we have already and he keep telling us he doesn't know when doctor going to see us when I asked everything. Then he told us to wait here where we came first still waiting no one calling its 7.00 really bad service, really bad

This is very bad for elderly people to wait for 10 - 11 hours instead of 6. I think they should have an improvement about the time keeping and wards. As we are people who work too it's very bad to make people wait for ages. Was very unprofessional and the coffee machine that was hot water spilling over while sitting there.

I have seen the out of hours GP at KGH walk in centre and Dr Joseph Jeevarani was excellent doctor. She is very professional at her job and brilliant with patients. I brought my son to see her

From the time of admission to discharge the entire team said that the would look after me and they certainly did. The orthopaedic surgical team and Dahlia nursing staff are fantastic, friendly and attentive. The last time I was in hospital and had an over night stay was when I was born, so I was very nervous as to what to expect, the thought of an operation was terrifying. The surgical team described themselves as the A-Team an they certainly were.
