Unacceptable waiting times.
Nurse was double booked for all appointments!
New chairs are awful.
No support for back - so left with more pain than I arrived with :-).

The nurse was very nice and pleasant and very good with my daughter.
The doctor was very good with my daughter made her feel at ease and was excellent when taking the blood from her.

Waiting area much improved with better seating. Blood pressure taken in a small side room-again much better. Felt more able to discuss the result than when in waiting room. Always seen Dr Ahmed and he is extremely informative and courteous.
Needed to wait for appointment but to be expected as I was at end of clinic and delays happen.
