The staff were all very polite, caring, understanding, helpful and professional. I found my care in Daalia ward excellent.
And I don't think I can suggest anything to improve it as 9 personality found it excellence.
Many thanks to all the staff who took great care of me.

Good care from nurses and HCA's on ward, they showed understanding and empathy in a very stressful time for my sister and her family. When operations were canceled, they did their best to help. I understand this was out of their control.
(More intensive care beds are urgently needed).

Staff nurse were excellent gentle and professional to the child. X-ray boys were excellent - kind and careful - complementing the child on being brave. All in all very good.
