The dept was 'quiet' and the nurses/receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The nurses made it easy by blowing bubbles and keeping our daughter entertained while doing her tests etc.
One thing that needs improvement is the letter - not mentioning 'Clover ward'. It could be easier to find it so.
