Parking was fine, plenty of space. Seen on time and Mellican history checked efficiently. Nurse was helpful and kind receptionist helpful and warm smile on arrival. Felt relaxed and able to concentrate on the appointment and future operation.
Suggested improvements
Cannot think of anything. Everyone was absolutely lovely, warm and kind and treated me with respect and kindness, treated with 100% care.
