Reception staff lovely lady with white hair class at her own so kind. Everyone else OK. Drs etc waiting time could be improved.

As I got up from the new chairs (centre and base 4). I pushed myself up from the chair and it slid back. Thanks to the patient next to me luckily I didn't fall on the floor. It's lucky that I only weigh 51 kilo. I have 2 artificial knees and hips.
