We felt we had a rather busy wait which my husband found difficult, but appreciate we had to wait for results of blood tests etc.

The timely response of the nursing team. Being able to voice your concerns and get prompt response. Very good support overall.
Improved.
The time for blood test to results received. Less wait as parents we become worried and concerned about child physical health.

Friendly, helpful and not needed for anything. No improve need I think.
