From the start of my care this morning right up to the point where the doctor explained the potential risk to me was excellent, the nurses were friendly and humerous reducing anxiety to near zero.

Calling '999' they said I would have an appt @ 9:50 I arrived early @ 9:10 - The GP didn't want to see me and I was transferred to E It's now 00:30 and I am still waiting.
