Seen very quickly for assessment to reassure me. Waiting time was exactly 3 hrs which I was expecting.

Nurse who took blood was brilliant. Doctor was also very good. Waiting times need improving. (Over 4 hrs).

The attention the nursing staff pay to the patients requests for for assistance, heavy demands made upon their time during busy times on the ward. Mostly the nursing staff do not complain, even though they are often required to multi task at their busiest times also a big thank you for the ward clerk whose work is not really high profile but is essential to the smooth running of the ward. Thank you.

I could not ask for better care from all the nurses and doctors. Cannot beat, N.H.S.
