My appointment was on time and all staff were very polite and friendly.
Darlyn put me at ease and explained everything to me. Felt more fully informed by what Darlyn explained to me than at any other time during this process.
Exceptional member of staff. Understood my concerns and was very reassuring and explained fully the process.
