Staff were very nice, helpful, polite, respectful and very friendly.
Nothing to do no TV can be very boring should be able to have the option to pay for bedside TV.
No mirrors in most of bathroom/toilets why not you have power points in there for electric shavers people need a mirror even to just comb their hair and brush their teeth. Very strange.

Arrive at 3pm for 3pm assessment seen at 3.55 pm
Long wait and as one doctor was called away and I was seen by another,.
Hard my results and consultation over in 2-3 minutes.
The process felt cold and clinical.

Nurses were very nice and friendly.
Her appt was 2:30 and the doctor started his clinic at 2:20 pm. It's very difficult for the elderly to wait this long.
