All staff I met were kind, thoughtful, totally professional and a credit to the NHS.

Nothing at all. Just one query. I ahd 1 emails just before pre op saying operation cancelled!! Today at about 7:35 am same thing from patients know best.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly before and after my operation (Bay 2), especially Manon and Jewicka (?).

It would have been nicer to have the op earlier but I understand the wait.
