The nurse that booked me in was very kind and helpful. Dr Bebtary explained the procedure clearly. The ward seemed clean. I felt the care overall was very good.

Everyone was friendly, the nurses were very caring and compassionate.
The doctors were great and made me feel at ease during the procedure.
