There is always a delay on the day of the appointment.
The last appointment was cancelled by the hospital as the doctor was on holiday and the next appointment given was in 6 months time! Ridiculous.
The rheumatology receptionist (Karen) is inappropriate.
My mum was a private treatment patient and only came NHS due to Dr Deborah. The rheumatology nurses are nice and friendly.

Trainee "Louie" was brilliant - very attentive. He explained everything to Dr Masson and saved time. Dr Massod was good at explaining the various options and was unhurried.

I was on Mr Kulkarni Clinic Basel.
Could not find a wheelchair a lady called Ann in outpatients went out of her way to find a wheelchair and bring my husband into the hospital from the car no one else was available.
She was so lovely as a meal.
Credit to the NHS.
