All staff very kind, helpful, friendly. The ward is immaculate.

Occasionally very noisy at night someone was trying to sort a patient out with others by telephone, which seemed to go on for about an hour. He spoke very loudly maybe a telephone in a closed off room would be in these circumstances.

The difference in ICU is extraordinary. Every member of staff, was empathetic, understanding and efficient. I felt at ease straight away knowing I had complete professionals looking after me. I can not thank you enough!

The only thing would be to done all the ICU team and have them working in the rest of the hospital.

Cos some things could be improved especially the noise.

The food standard was poor - I am diabetic and found it very difficult to find something.

Very slow at releasing me after telling me I can go home. Tea hot in ward - fan did not work.

Been quicker at sorting out medication and release form.
