The ambulance staff and nurses were great. However, there long seven hours of wait after the initial blood tests/BP check, pulse, temperature etc with absolutely no communication to inform what awaited my further discharge.
Suggested improvements
Communications to timely inform the patient why they are waiting/what time some will see them. The indefinite wait and no communication amounts to 'silent treatment' a staggering patient does not wait.
