Keith was very good although we had to wait 11 1/2 hours for the operation.
Visited Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday, I really don't think it is acceptable to wait this long!

Seen promptly and looked after with care. Adam the HCA was kind and helpful. After returning from the operation it would be helpful if more guidance could be explained on how long and the process for discharging. Also help with wearing the hospital gown as this quite difficult for a single person.

All staff/nurses attentive and caring upon arrival post op.
All night staff equally attentive and caring.
Same applies to morning shift.
