I was in Bay 1 on 27th July bed 1. The team were very caring and Hyacinth duty of care with the tam was outstanding. She explained everything her team were fully involved with us, and our care after operation I was advised on my care and physio were called to help with my leg brace. Thank you all.
Recovery team were very good- many thanks.
Suggested improvements
All the theater team and only thing to be looked at/ is after operation it would have been nice to have member of the family/friend to also be aware of your aftercare. After GP you are a little tired and cannot take information in even if you meet them in waiting room when you receive this aftercare information.
