So many very helpful staff members.
Impossible to remember all their names from so many countries all working together.
Today it was Alex and Santos, the sister and the trainee nurse.

I was made to feel at ease and less nervous. I was looked after from start to finish with great care and compassion. I received a cup of tea after my procedure by the nurse looking after me. If I had to come back for anything else I wouldn't be so worried.

From the moment I arrived I was treated with care, kindness and made to feel reassured and comfortable.
The whole staff are outstanding in the professional but sympathetic way they treat patients.
It's a very calm and attractive department and you instantly feel reassured.
I feel nothing could be improved.
Excellent all round.
