Generally, the care I received was great - a ward with very caring staff - friendly and compassionate. I must add a patient here who needs a lot of care and some nurse were incredible with her in terms of care and patience.
Suggested improvements
Some staffing inconsistency (only a couple). - Drug chart was disorganized (given wrong doses, missed meds) - Breakfast and medicine sometimes casted in morning - would have preferred breakfast at 8 am, then meds at 9 am.
- Discharge, pharmacy, delay is ridiculous and I have seen it the some for other patients - pointless discharging if pharmacy cannot meet deadline.
