Very pleasant manner and spoke directly to my mum. All the nursing staff (Day and night) were great.

Very long wait with little communication as to what is happening but understand as extremaly busy.

I am very satisfied, good care provided by the medical team, they are kind and caring.

Maybe offering a meal cause I was really starving. Reached the A&E at midnight and was still there at 7.50 pm.

After 11 hours at A&E, poor communication, doctors signing into other doctors.
Computer accounts and lack of accountability I waited 4 hours for a blood test and no update.
Suggested improvements
On CT scan in 3.5 hours waited from 4:30 pm 4 am with dreadful service feedback and totally poor updating in 11 hours.
