Very conscientious staff hardworking.

Discharge on a Friday afternoon needs altering. We have waited 4 hours.

The staff were compassionate, caring and attended to all my needs. Overall 10 out of 10.
Suggested improvements
Noise might be reduced especially at night but again I would expect this in a busy hospital.

Nurses were absolutely amazing, always went above and beyond, took care of me when I was panicked listened to my worries, bought laughter, joy, compassion all the time I didn't have to worry as I knew I was in the best hands and care thank you. : )
Suggested improvements
The weekends doctors are not very informative. Do not give you answers and have to constantly ask to be seen. It feel like your left along and in the dark on the weekend. No discussion of what meds are being give and why. D not consult you.

a) Next patients to my side was allowed to spray perfume on her bed, and told staff but nothing was done, and the smell tainted my food.
b) Nurse giving food was talking and split graving all over food, and tray and never gave a new meal, so hence nothing to eat.
Suggested improvements
c) Had a spell when couldn't get my breath, and it was two other patient got help for me and all staff done was put a sick bowl on bed and left, didn't even help me.

1) Catering let you down badly.
