Even though I do not know what is wrong with my son, doctors and nurses shown all interest and scans and follow ups to try find the reason.

I was there for near on 7 hrs, I was brought in by ambulance as I was having terrible chest pains. This is the 2nd time I had to go to A and E in a week due to this in a week. I was just left their on uncomfortable seats for hours on end to see a doctor who had a terrible bedside manner. People were complaining to nurses who were not bothered and dismissive. On the way in I walked past 4 elderly on stretchers just left in the hall way. In the end I was sent home and told I would recieve a appointment from the Ambulatory department within 48hrs, and of course I have heard nothing. I had to go in the hospital the next day for a Crohns apoinment and checked the department to see if they had me on the system. They said yes and would get a call that day. I didn't. That person was also disinterested. There is a massive problem in the hospitals with the quality of staff you have hired, most of the time there is zero urgency, little care or emotuon to the ill there almost like they are in the way. Some nurses are great but many just walk around slowly or hand around in groups chatting behind their counters.i still have pain in my chest.
Suggested improvements
If you are going to have people sitting for hours on end get better more comfortably seats, it's clear they are uncomfortable so people get up and leave. Don't worry about what I identify with its erelevent to the shockingly bad service you are providing. You are Mike's away from where you need to be before you can start to concern yourselves with identity politics.
