Care and treatment before OP and after OP was very good, all staff were attentive and accommodating.
Suggested improvements
It might be a good idea to have the opening times of the department on the door so patients are aware of the times they can access the ward.

When needing more than one premed. It would be better and less wasting to staff and patients to do them together, than returning more than once for each premed required.
