Right from the volunteers at the main entrance, nurse and HCA, doctors etc were very welcoming. I was well taken care of by everyone.

All of the things are good but one thing is there the process is too time taking. The appointments are good but the first registration is too time taking.

The care and kindness shown to me during my stay.
Was beyond reproach the staff went above and beyond as well as fullfilling the tasks normally expected of them. and I can only thank from he bottom of my heart that they and the N.H.S exist as where would we be without them. Thank you.

I would have rated higher. The lower mark was due to a couple of night HCA were a bit indifferent to other patients need.
Suggested improvements
I believe these could be some improvement in a small number of HCA in there attitude respect for the patient.
