All individuals providing the service were engaging courteous, eager to assist, with positive disposition.
Suggested improvements
Nothing to do with the staff, however the privacy of the patient was in Erica ward can be improved if the doors secured in a better manner, unless this is done for care and safety reasons of the patient.
