Nursing, medical, porters and “scanner” were all very kind and caring. All treatments/ tests were explained in detail.
Suggested improvements
Initial assessment in “outpatient” area was very unpersonal- bordering on rude! Waiting in hot corridor the uncomfortable chairs was awful. No information given could blood test not be done ASAP to speed up results.
