Night staff making unwelcome need more training with people with bipolar more hostess coming choice of tea. Staff need to make welcome more pain relief.

When I came to the hospital I realised that there is a doctor strike going on. Even when they tried their best to give me on good treatment.

Staff were friendly/ gave painkillers as fast as they could, however waiting times are unbearable due to short staff.
Suggested improvements
Get more staff for faster and efficient service. Have been waiting for 5+ hours.

I had to queue twice.
I have waited 6 hours in the main A&E and then was sent to another service where I have to take the same blood tests.
Suggested improvements
More doctors to decrease the waiting time.

The staff although very busy kept me informed of what was happening.
Suggested improvements
Obviously they are stretched to the point of exhaustion. The doctors and nurses were very professional at all times. But they need more staff.
