As E&A service bleeding incident perhaps they can do more fur better according ti how they handled my case

no one took his/her time to excess my injuried foot till the time I started complaining when I started bleeding all over the floor

All the nurses, A&E doctor, Medical team doctor and eventual consultant were outstanding, considerate, caring and gave my mum a way forward in terms of treatment. However, my 77 year old mother came to A&E on Saturday 9 September at approximately 5pm via an ambulance, and we were released the following day on Sunday 10 September at approximately 1pm. 20 hours, which is far too long.

As above, spending 20 hours across two days in A&E was just far too long.

Have been receiving ongoing treatment from both KGH & Queens and majority of the time I'm Happy with the treatment i receive, I'm currently waiting for a shoulder replacement, so dependant on how long i have to wait ,this nay change.

Seen me at Queens as i keep requesting as i live 3 roads away, whereas KGH is a nightmare to get to and the parking.

I was informed this appointment was pointless until I had seen gastrointestinal dept and treatment could only commence once this was done. In pain and still waiting

I was admitted to the emergency room ( King George Hospital- Newbury Park )with an allergy to a medicine I was taking. They received me right away and gave me medicine right away. I was hospitalized for a period of several days. Very kind doctors, very responsive nurses. I was very well taken care of. Cleaning in the salon, you are also very careful that I eat on time and drink enough. Very careful. I thank you all for all the help and care with which you treated me during the entire period in which I was hospitalized
