Patient came to hospital for 1 reason (back pain) around midday, and 11 hours since I am waiting for assessments/results - doctors kept me to sit on a comfortable chair in the reception and offered.
Suggested improvements
No comfortable chairs/bed. The reason I came to hospital is severe back pain. I spoke to different nurses/doctors and no one listened.
