My mum had experienced the best of care from the reception to leaving the hospital. Everything was efficient, friendly and reassuring. Thanks for taking good care of my mum.

I felt everybody in the hospital is very busy but still met any requests the patients made and always seemed cheerful.
Suggested improvements
Nothing to do with my medical care but why does not do not the patients use head phones/earbuds when on their phones/electrical equipment. I did not see a sing it patient use them.

The staff here are wonderful, the toilet showers and surroundings are clean, care of the best hospitals I have ever been in.
Suggested improvements
Light out in my opinion should was that when they go out patients and stay should be quiet or possible It was so noisy and that was the only down side of my experience here. And not receiving a care package for home.

All staff nursing, doctors, ward clear, cleaner absolutely very, very helpful, had time for me. Made me feel as near to home as can be being in.

Cannot think of anything. Absolutely perfect right across the whole appointment.
