Waiting time from 7:30 am to 7.00 pm, I was asked to arrive at 7:30 am but the surgery did not take place til 7 I am the nurses where very good and helpful.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Treatment was explained fully. Nurses were helpful and arrived promptly when called.

Corridors could be less cluttered on way to theatre.
More physio.
Cope needs to cover all of Redbridge.

My mum had experienced the best of care from the reception to leaving the hospital. Everything was efficient, friendly and reassuring. Thanks for taking good care of my mum.
