Sometimes a difficulty with medications between 2x daily after a meal and pain medication normal procedure caused a difficulty. Have internal pouch and rheumatoid arthritis 1st time I have been discharged since husband's death in 2021.
Suggested improvements
Discharge and ready for discharge to new location and ambulance stored home address to new home address need to check and up date. Wanting to help family re discharge who have their own health problems.

As ticked but also the best cleaned ward I have ever been in.
Suggested improvements
Treatment done at Queens hospital, as it's my local hospital. My arthritis treatment has moved to Brentwood as well. My car is not Ulez complaint so I cannot afford the charge as well as parking and fuel.

The overall experience was great except a certain thing. I have raised this with he ward manager. Generally staff are helpful and treated me with respect and dignity.
Suggested improvements
It will be great to provide simple healthy - food. The reminded me of the food we get served on easy get which have flashy names.

Everybody from the doctors to the cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything. But I am hoping the injections I need care up from the pharmacy before I leave so I do not need to get someone to come back.
