Signage - Hospital signage is poor.
Acoustics in blood test/pre-assessment area poor.
HCA - first nurse I saw was extremely professional and courteous.
Nursing Sisha - Equally professional, confident and informative. Made me feel assured!
Blood Test - Efficient pain free.
