I waited all night in absolute agony to see doctor then after waiting all night had to go a&e for further investigations waited all day to finally find out what's wrong sent home in agony and got to wait for operation when I can hardly do anything and still in agony

Kept me in and sorted the problem as I'm taking pain killers and not working fell over 3 times because of pain and loosing balance only a matter of time and I will be calling 111 again because of how much pain I'm in

I felt that all the staff worked hard to deliver to all patients and although the wait is long I was treated well

Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. I had visited about 18 months ago and it was a horrible and frankly dangerous situation with very sick people waiting in queues. I made a complaint at that time. This visit was a million times better.

Honestly nothing at all. I am completing this on behalf of my father-in-law who was the patient. I gave my phone number though.

Very informative by staff. The results for the blood test was a long wait that was the only problem

No everything was fine once you have given your details you are allocated to a different area and seen quickly

I gave the answers high because of the care I got, it’s stressful because I wasn’t well,I had a stroke the nurses and doctors are so caring, very helpful and kind, the doctor, and nurses know what they are doing.

The nurses and doctors need to be paid more money, because of the hours they work, it is a stressful job.

I was put straight into Resus the medical team were all very good and kind I felt I was treated very well and with dignity which at my age meant a lot. thank You
