All staff on Junipa, professional, polite and kind. My nurse was Michael he's excellent made me feel at ease at all times.
Excellent consultant.

No improvement needed on Junipa ward. Excellent staff.

This treatment was very new to me.
They told me the procedure right from first coming in until the finish. It really put me at ease!

Everybody from entry- treatment and on leaving were so respectful, happy and a pleasure to be in the company I was a little nervous at first but due to the kindness pleasure to be here.

I had a first class experience nothing could have been done better.

Overall everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The consultant really made feel at home and relaxed. The nurses were amazing. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
I think everyone knows their roles very well and are good at them. Not sure what could be done any differently cause everything seems to be so point.
