Al very organised
The nurses were very rude especially the big one with glasses. She doesn’t understand care shouldn’t be a nurse. The doctor sitting was doing don’t know. When I went to ask he said will take couple of hrs. I went to the hospital at 17:30 on Thursday and left at 7:00 am on Friday. This hospital has always been a mess. Unfortunately we don’t have too many options. Your management needs to change.
The new system is very long and I waited 11 hours. The staff was nice but the steps to keep moving in one place was ridiculous. I had to keep getting up thinking I was going to actually get seen but to have blood pressure checked or sit in a different area. I asked about blood results limited information. The treatment area is like a cold conveyor belt of people no privacy or dignity when you in pain.
I just the service was excellent from receptionist right through to my final treatment. The staff were so informative and explained everything to me. I cannot fault the service one bit !!
Good overall service
All the nurses on the ward was very helpful and very supportive.
The Anesthetist was very helpful he explained to me what is going to do before the operation.
And the Consultant also explained to me before I went to the theatre.
Thank you very much NHS for the service the provide.

I don't feel I was in there long enough to form an opinion
Regular eye check, on time, tests done and results explained. All good
At King George first you go for urgent care, after 2-3 hours assessment time they send you to emergency. Where they start all assessment from scratch. What a waste of resources. Than toy say NHS is overloaded. Already 6 hours in emergency. Everytime I ask they say you are #4 to be seen. Very efficient.
Been here 14 hours and still no treatment.
