The new system is very long and I waited 11 hours. The staff was nice but the steps to keep moving in one place was ridiculous. I had to keep getting up thinking I was going to actually get seen but to have blood pressure checked or sit in a different area. I asked about blood results limited information. The treatment area is like a cold conveyor belt of people no privacy or dignity when you in pain.

Suggested improvements
Change the process it’s too Long Treatment area curtain each section so it’s private WiFi access in treatment area so loved ones can call Discharge summary should be printed if required as they couldn’t print it. Vending machine stocked up throughout the night
