Everything abt my care today at base 4 was fantastic, the consultant and and the nurse or physiotherapist were very warm. They explained everything that I needed to know to me. They answered every question that I asked explicitly. Even the staff at the various reception desks were very good and very co-operative. The health care assistant was no exception. I was seen as soon in good time. As far as my care today, as an out-patient of base 4 is concerned there is nothing to be improved on. Thank you NHS for your service. God bless you all.
