My mum was admitted with advanced dementia and acute delirium, being safeguarded from my dad.
The nurses that physically took care of mum were kind, but the administration is so horrendous appalling diabolical, that no one has a clue what is going on and it verged on abuse of a mentally ill patient. I don't have the time to describe everything that went on. But I hope I never, ever have to rely on your service again.
