Waiting time was too long to be seen by a doctor, when I was seen the doctor was rude, then got a call asking me where I was saying the surgeons were looking for me when I was in the department waiting, done CT scan at 6:30 pm and the report came at 2 am because someone didn't examine the images nor sent it to Australia.
Some nurses especially the night ones were friendly and helpful but others were rude.
Suggested improvements
Better costumer service and emergencies to be dealt timely
