Although fully booked for appointments today the staff (especially Jelena) were very accommodating in helping with my Mum.
She was requested to have blood testing following an outpatient appointment but would struggle to come back to the clinic another day due to her health. Staff were empathetic to this.
Suggested improvements
Availability for some on the day appointments reserved for patients after outpatient appointments.
