AE was very busy long wait but checked every couple of hours Given meds for pain
Lots of people moaning staff were very kind and explained why there was a long wait
Suggested improvements
People being sick would have been better to be removed to another section
If you needed xrays scans perhaps coukd be done 1st rather then waiting for hours
Children should have their own reception and taken into their area quicker there were a lot of children brought in rather then waiting in long queues with others unfair when their in pain or crying
