My dad was taken to hospital due to severe headache and other symptoms. Finally he was seen by a doctor called Sabrina after all the tests. Very disappointed with her way of explaining things to us. It was very unclear.
Suggested improvements
Ensure all doctors are trained to know best way to speak to patients and not just send aways without clear understanding.
