Overall it was not a bad experience despite being in a&e for ten hours. The Dr's and nurses I saw were on the whole caring and friendly. There was just one nurse I felt was a bit abrupt. Also the toilet seat was broken/missing so it was extremely uncomfortable and since my treatment required using the toilet frequently, I found it very hard and painful. Also someone had leaked near my cubicle and no one bothered to clean it. I had to lay down tissue paper so people could avoid the area.

Shorter waiting times. Being given a cubicle a lot quicker.
