The initial checking was done wrong, was booked in with GP out of hours service, when we were seen by GP they re-booked as in with A and E minors dept, so 1 and a half was wasted there, after being seen by assessment nurse rest of service was good. The minors doctor Atif Munir was very good. Need to improve book in procedure to waste less time.
