Children's A and E was excellent they took us in straight away and were very efficient and friendly, they made my nice feel very comfortable, but the main receptionist was very rude and abrupt, she has no people skills and made us feel more upset and stressed out than we already were even to taking our details she didn't even look at us, her tone was not pleasant at all.
