It was a very long wait sitting in reception about 8 hours. I was given a cubicle after that. They didn't get to the bottom of the pain and said I should go home and take painkillers. I didn't find that very helpful. They did, however, do a full ct scan, bloods and xray. But because they all came back clear they sent me home. I don't feel Dr's should just rely on test results. They need to look at the patient as a whole. I was in pain. Why? Just because the results came back clear didn't take away the pain.

Suggested improvements
Given me a cubicle a lot earlier. Tried harder to find a diagnosis. Not just sent me home and told me to take painkillers. But on the whole despite the very long wait, I was treated well and had all the possible tests I could have. I am very grateful for the NHS I know the government are slowly heading towards privatisation behind our backs and while we are distracted with Palestine. This will have a tremendous impact on those of us with lower incomes and create further division between the poor and rich. Not to mention the farm ore serious implications and fact that it will lead to more deaths and illness.
